Advance E Services Pvt. Ltd is based out of the Raikarnagar area in Dhayari. We are up in Flat No. 203 of the L Building in Ujjwal Terraces. It’s a nice enough residential complex, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads of Pune. Working from a flat gives the whole place a bit of a homey feel, which we prefer over a cold office building. We’ve got a small team here. Most mornings start with someone making a pot of tea and getting the computers booted up. Dhayari has changed a lot lately, with so many new buildings coming up, but our little corner remains the same. We handle a lot of digital services and back-end stuff that keeps us pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to walk the stairs, but that’s just life in a typical Pune apartment block. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us because they were told where we are by a friend. It’s a low-key setup. We focus on getting the tasks finished without making a big fuss about it. The balcony of the flat looks out over the rest of the neighborhood, and it’s a good spot to take a breather when things get stressful. We are just regular people working a regular job and trying to keep the paperwork moving for our clients.
