Admirex Technologies Private Limited

We work out of Flat 305 in the Shree Haights building in Manjari Bk. This area is still growing, so there is often some construction noise nearby. It is a residential building, which makes the office feel quite cozy. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks, but mostly we all end up huddling in the main area. The balcony is where we go when we need a break from the computers. Manjari is a bit of a trek for some of us, but we like the pace here. It is not as frantic as the middle of Pune. We have got Admirex Technologies Private Limited running with a small crew of dedicated people. There is no fancy lobby or glass walls here. We have a fridge that is usually half-empty and a water cooler that always seems to run out at the wrong time. Most days are just about tackling the long list of things to do. We do not spend much time on meetings; we just talk across the desks. Sometimes the lift in Shree Haights is out of order, and walking up to the third floor is our exercise for the day. It is a very grounded way to work. We just focus on the code and the designs we are working on. It is simple, honest work in a place that feels like a home.
