Adler Software Solutions Private Limited

Our office is up on the sixth floor of Block 4 in the R-Euphoria complex. Being in Kondhwa Bk means we are a bit away from the main city center, which is actually okay because the air feels a bit cleaner. The view from Flat 602 is decent, you can see quite a bit of the surrounding area. We started Adler Software Solutions Private Limited with just a couple of laptops and some borrowed chairs. Now we have a few more people, but it still feels like a small family business. The kitchen is always full of empty coffee mugs. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why things are not compiling right. It gets pretty quiet in here when everyone is focused. Every now and then, someone brings in snacks to share. The building itself is quite modern, but our office is just filled with wires and messy desks. We do not have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just knock on the door. The security guard downstairs usually remembers visitors. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and you can see the lights from the other blocks. It is a steady kind of life here. We just try to do our work well and get home to our families. It is not a complicated setup, just a place where software gets written.
