We’ve been working out of this shop for a long time. It’s a busy street because of the hospital nearby, so there’s always movement outside. Inside the shop, we’re usually focused on whatever order is next. Catering takes a lot of preparation. We start early in the morning, getting the ingredients ready and starting the stoves. It’s hard work and your hands are always busy. We aren't some big fancy company with a lot of layers. It’s just us here in Chinchwad. We know the neighbors and the people who walk past our shop every day. Sometimes people stop in to ask about what we’re cooking because the smell drifts out onto Talera Hospital Road. We just give them a straight answer without any corporate talk. We don't have a marketing department. We just rely on the work we do. Every day is a bit different depending on what people want for their events. We pack up the containers, load the transport, and head out to the venue. Then we come back and clean up to do it all over again the next day. It’s a solid routine that we’ve built up over the years at Parvati Apartment, and we just keep it going as best as we can.
