Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital

You can find us over at Dhruv Darshan, P-4 in Sector 26 of Pradhikaran. It is a decent area, and we have been part of the neighborhood for a good while. We do not really put on a show or act like we are some high-end corporate office. We are a memorial hospital, and we take that seriously, but in a very grounded way. The people working here are just regular folks. Some have been here since we opened, and others are newer, but we all just get stuck into the work. Pradhikaran is a nice place to be located. It is usually a bit quieter than the city center, which helps when people are trying to rest. We do not have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done each morning. If the floors need scrubbing, we scrub them. If a patient needs something, we get it. It is not about being the best; it is just about being there. Our sentences are not always perfect when we talk, and we do not use scripts. Sometimes we might be running a little late if it is a heavy morning, but we always catch up eventually. We are just a local hospital doing what hospitals do. No fancy slogans, no glossy brochures. Just us in Sector 26, keeping things running and taking care of the people who live nearby.
