We set things up here at Flat 104 in Dsk Vidyanagar quite a while back. Baner is always busy, but this part of the neighborhood stays a bit quieter than the main road. The office is basically a regular flat we converted so it feels more like a home than a workplace. There are a few desks pushed together and some old monitors we probably should replace soon. Most mornings start with someone trying to fix the kettle because it is very picky. We do software stuff, mostly sitting at computers all day looking at code. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, which happens a lot here in Pune. You can see the trees from the window which is nice when your eyes get tired. People usually bring lunch from home, but sometimes we walk down to the corner for tea. It isn’t a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a small group of us working through projects for Aditi It Software Solutions Private Limited. The building security knows us all by name now. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is being slow. We spend a lot of time just talking through problems on the whiteboards. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at once. There is always a stack of papers on the corner desk that nobody wants to file. It’s just how we work. Nothing too formal, just getting the daily tasks finished.
