Aditi Big Bites Llp

We are located right on the Bombay-Puna Road in Lonavala. Our shop is number 3 in the Indralok building. If you’ve ever stopped in Lonavala for a break, you know how busy it gets. On the weekends, it’s a total madhouse with people coming up from Mumbai or Pune. We do big bites, which is basically snacks and quick meals. The kitchen is small and it gets very hot when all the burners are going. We have to be quick because nobody likes to wait when they are on a road trip. During the monsoon, the whole place smells like rain and fried food. It’s a nice mix. We have a few tables, but most people are in a hurry. We don't have a fancy menu with photos. It's just a board with the items listed. Sometimes we run out of the popular stuff by Sunday afternoon. It’s hard to predict how many people will show up. We are just a local crew. Most of us live within walking distance. We don't have a big corporate boss. We just manage things ourselves. My hands are usually tired from all the chopping and serving. But seeing the same families come back every year is a good feeling. It’s just a regular roadside shop doing its thing. It isn't perfect, but it's what we do.
