Adisan Infotech

Adisan Infotech is located in Pune, specifically at Flat No 10 in the B Wing of Shivratna Image. We are near Benkar Vasti and right next to the Kailas Jivan factory in the Dhayri area. It’s an IT setup, but we aren't based in one of those huge glass towers you see in Hinjewadi. Instead, we work out of a residential-style flat. It makes the environment a lot more relaxed and less formal. We have our computers set up and we spend most of the day coding or fixing technical issues for our clients. The factory next door can be a bit loud sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the sound. Dhayri is a busy suburb, and it feels like a real neighborhood here. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with coffee machines. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our desks. We often order lunch from the small places nearby and eat together. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We don't have corporate policies or long meetings that go nowhere. We just get the tasks done and move on to the next thing. The building is easy to find if you know where the factory is. Most of the people who work here live close by, so we don't have to deal with the worst of the Pune traffic every day. It’s a straightforward way to run a tech business without all the extra stuff you see elsewhere.
