Adima Solutions Private Limited is based in the Pawana Industrial Estate, which is part of the Midc area in Bhosari. You can find us at C 31, specifically in room T 204 on the first floor. It is an industrial park, so there is always a lot of activity with trucks and machinery nearby. It is not a typical place for a software company, but we like the hardworking atmosphere. Our office is very functional. We have sturdy desks and reliable equipment. We do not have any decorations or fancy rugs. We are here to work. Most of our day is spent dealing with technical problems and building solutions for our clients. We are a small, dedicated group. We do not have a big hierarchy. If something needs fixing, whoever is available just does it. Being in Bhosari means we are around a lot of other businesses that actually make things, and we feel a connection to that. We see ourselves as digital craftsmen. The office can get a bit noisy from the neighbors, but we just put on our headphones and keep going. We do not make big promises we cannot keep.
