Adhunik Metaliks Ltd is based over in Pune, specifically in the Yerawada area. We are located at Hermes Heritage II, in Flat No 1 on the F4 floor near Shastri Nagar Chauk. It’s a bit unusual having an office in a place that feels more like a home, but it works for what we do. Dealing with metals means a lot of technical talk and looking at supply numbers all day long. We have the phone ringing quite a bit with people checking on orders or asking about prices for different materials. It’s a small office environment where you can hear everything everyone else is saying, so we stay pretty close-knit. Being near Shastri Nagar Chauk means there’s always something going on outside, lots of people and cars moving around. We try to keep our paperwork organized, though it feels like a losing battle sometimes with all the invoices and delivery notes. We don't do anything flashy here. We just sit at our desks, manage the logistics, and make sure the metal gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes we have meetings around the small table in the corner, usually with a lot of tea and some local snacks. It’s a steady kind of job. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the business runs smoothly every day. It’s a simple setup but it’s been our home for a while now.
