Our place is over at the Kothrud Industrial Estate, specifically in Bhusari Colony. If you go to the left side, you’ll find Aradhana Appartment at 87/88. We are in Flat 18. It’s a bit of a different setup because we are in a residential apartment building rather than a traditional storefront. This makes the environment at Adhav Mandakini feel much more personal and quiet than a regular office. We’ve been here in Kothrud for quite a while, and the mix of the industrial estate nearby and the quiet of Bhusari Colony suits us just fine. Most of our work is done at the desk in the main room of the flat. We don’t have customers walking in off the street all the time since it’s an apartment, so we usually work by appointment or through people we already know in the community. It’s a simple life here. We have our files, a computer, and the usual household things around us. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside, and you can hear them from the window. We like being part of the local fabric of Kothrud. It’s not about having a big corporate presence for us; it’s just about doing our work steadily from Flat 18. We handle our daily tasks, keep our records straight, and take care of whoever needs our help. It’s a small-scale operation, very practical and down-to-earth. We often keep the balcony door open to let some fresh air in.
