Adept Engineers

Adept Engineers has been part of the Chinchwad area for a good while now. Our shop is located at Swetayan Smrudhi Bl. It’s not a fancy place with a lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just a large room filled with tools, some heavy machines, and the smell of metal and oil. We spend our days working on different engineering tasks that people bring to us. Some days are really busy and the noise of the machines doesn't stop from morning until evening. We’ve got workbenches that have seen a lot of use over the years, with scratches and marks all over them. Chinchwad is a busy place, but we’ve found our rhythm here. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. As long as the machines are running and the work is getting done, we’re okay with it. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a specific part or figure out a problem with a design. It’s hard on the hands and we usually go home with grease under our fingernails. That’s just the way it is in this line of work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change, but our routine at Swetayan Smrudhi Bl stays pretty much the same. We just show up, put on our gear, and get to it. It’s a simple life of making things and fixing what’s broken. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know what we're doing.
