Adarsh Mini Market

Our place is Adarsh Mini Market and we are situated at 267, Prestige Point. This is in Shukrawar Peth in Pune, zip code 411002. We are very close to Chinchechi Talim, which is a place everyone around here knows. Even though the name says Mini Market, the shop is actually quite small. We have to be very careful about how we stack the boxes so they don't fall over. It’s a bit of a puzzle every time a new delivery comes in. Shukrawar Peth is an old neighborhood, so there’s a lot of character in the streets. We have a lot of students and families living in the nearby apartments who stop by for things they forgot to buy elsewhere. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we know where every single item is kept on the racks. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass jars and sweeping the front step because the street gets quite dusty. There’s a bit of a squeak in the front door that we haven't gotten around to fixing yet. We mostly just talk about the weather or local news with the people who come in. It’s a simple routine of opening up, tidying the place, and helping the neighbors. Prestige Point is a good building to be in, and we’ve made ourselves at home here over the years.
