Adande Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd is based over in Shivne, inside the Dangat Industrial Estate. We are actually located within the Accurate House, which is part of Accurate Industrial Control. It is a big industrial area and can be quite a trek to get to if you are coming from the main part of Pune. The estate is always full of the sound of heavy machinery and the smell of grease and metal. Our section is usually busy with people working on cooling units and refrigeration parts. It can get quite loud in the workshop, so we usually have to talk pretty loud to be heard. We have some office space too, but it is mostly used for keeping track of the schedules and the technical drawings. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, which is ironic given that we work with refrigeration. We usually take our breaks together at the small canteen nearby. It is a no-nonsense environment where the focus is strictly on the equipment. There are no plush carpets or quiet hallways here. It is a place of work, with tools and components everywhere you look. We have a steady flow of people coming in for meetings or to check on the progress of their units. We just keep plugging away at it.
