Ad Restaurants Llp is located in the Dhankavadi area of Pune. Our address is a bit of a mouthful: S No 20/2/1/ 2, Milkat No 255 4. It’s basically a spot where we manage our restaurant business. Dhankavadi is a crowded place, and there are always people moving around, which is good for the food business. We aren't some polished corporate office with suits and ties. Most of us are usually in our everyday clothes, just trying to keep the operations running smoothly. Managing restaurants involves a lot of small details that people don't often see, like checking on kitchen supplies or making sure the staff schedules are sorted out. Some days are much harder than others, especially when a piece of equipment breaks down right in the middle of a rush. We don't pretend to be perfect, we just try to fix the problems as they come up. The building we are in is quite old-fashioned, and we’ve had to do some repairs ourselves over the years. We started this Llp because we liked the idea of being in the food industry. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with various people throughout the day. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to serve some decent food and keep the business going in Dhankavadi. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit chaotic sometimes. We just keep moving.
