Ad Greenfields Llp is located at Shree Apartment in Yashwant Nagar. Our office is actually Flat No. 16 on Plot No. 16, and we are right near the Talegaon Station. You can hear the trains all day, which is something we’ve just gotten used to. We deal with greenfields and land-related work, which means a lot of maps and legal documents. The apartment is small, and when we have a few people over, it feels very crowded. We don’t have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. Most of our clients are people who have known us for years or were told about us by someone else. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different sites around Talegaon. It’s a growing area, and there is always something new happening. Our office has a lot of tea stains on the desks and stacks of papers that need filing. We aren't very organized in a corporate sense, but we know where everything is. It’s a very personal business for us, and we like it that way. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just try to do our work properly and be fair to everyone. It’s a quiet, steady life here by the station, and we’re happy with how things are going. We usually just close the windows when the train whistle gets too loud.
