We are located over in Pimple Saudagar, specifically at S No. 13;14;21/25 to 21/31 in the building they call Ganeesham. Our team works out of Wing F, in flat 1101 on the eleventh floor. Being up that high gives us a bit of a view of the Pune skyline, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. Acrobots Software Services is a software place, so it’s mostly just us and our laptops all day. The office isn't overly decorated or fancy. It’s just a workspace with some desks, chairs, and a small pantry area where we keep the kettle. Pimple Saudagar has become quite a hub lately, so there are always new shops and places opening up nearby. We’ve settled into our routine here in Wing F. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow in the morning, but we’re used to it. The team is a mix of people who have been here for years and a few newer faces. We don’t have any big meetings with fancy slides. We usually just talk across our desks when something needs fixing. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except for the sound of keyboards clicking. We just focus on the software work and try to keep things moving along. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and we prefer it that way. No big corporate labels, just a group of us in a Pune flat doing our thing.
