We are located over at Ambegaon Khurd, on Arthur Bunder Road No 18. It’s a bit of a walk from the main hubs, but we like it here. The address is 41492, and it’s where we keep all our plans and paperwork. Being in the development business means there is always a lot of dust and noise around, but that’s part of the trade. We spend our mornings looking at site maps and talking to the crews. It isn't a glamorous job by any means. Most of the time, we’re just trying to figure out how to get things moving on schedule. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs, tables, and a lot of rolled-up drawings in the corner. Ambegaon Khurd has changed a lot since we first got here. There’s more building going on now than there used to be. We try to stay organized, even though the paperwork sometimes piles up on the desks. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who know what they’re doing. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the actual sites. Arthur Bunder Road is a familiar sight to us now. We’ve spent so many hours here that the neighbors all know us. We just focus on getting the structures up and making sure things are solid. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know how to do for a living.
