Acism Software Pvt Ltd is located in Bhusari Colony over at Lokhandwala Residency, 72/2. It is a bit of a residential area, so it feels quite different from those big office parks you see in the city. We have been operating from here for a bit now. The office is basically a few rooms filled with desks and people working on their laptops. We do software work, which means a lot of sitting down and staring at code all day long. It is not the most exciting thing to watch, but we enjoy the challenge of solving bugs. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello or ask a quick tech question. We try to be helpful when we can. It is a small operation, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We do not have a big cafeteria, we usually just go out to the local spots or bring stuff from home. The desks are always a bit of a mess with papers and notebooks. We are not trying to be the next big global giant; we just want to do good work for our clients and pay the bills. The parking around 72/2 can be a bit of a pain sometimes, but we make it work. It is a very normal place with normal people. We focus on getting the software right and making sure things run smoothly. There is always a project going on and we just keep at it every day.
