Ace Design Consultants

We are up on the 3rd floor, Flat No 10, at E/1 in Hinjawadi. It's an apartment building that we turned into an office space because it was cheaper than the big glass towers nearby. The elevator works most of the time, but the stairs are good for the legs when it doesn't. We do design work here, sitting at a few desks with our computers. It's a bit of a mess with papers and drawings everywhere, but we have our own system. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us who like to solve problems. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and arguing about where a line should go. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks in the afternoon, which makes our calls a bit interesting. We don't have a big lobby or a person to greet you at the door. You just come in and find a chair. We mostly work with local businesses who need help figuring out how to build something. We try to be practical and not give people stuff they don't need. It’s a simple setup, and it gets the job done. We drink a lot of instant coffee and stay late when a deadline is coming up. It’s not fancy, but we like it here and the view from the balcony is actually pretty nice.
