Our place is out on Mgv Rd in the Talwadi area of Uruli-Kanchan. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main part of Pune, but we’ve been at this spot for a while now. Being a private limited company means we have a fair bit of paperwork to keep track of, but the real work happens in the back where the instruments are kept. We have a small team here who knows their way around the machinery. Usually, the mornings are spent checking the schedule and seeing what needs to be shipped out. We get deliveries of raw materials and parts quite often, so the front gate stays busy. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common in this part of Pune, so we have to manage around that. We don't really do much advertising; people just know we are here on Mgv Rd. There’s a lot of focus on the technical side of things, like checking tolerances and ensuring the metal hasn't warped.
