Accurate Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd. is based at 67, Gauge House in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate. This area is a big hub for all sorts of manufacturing and engineering firms. Gauge House is a pretty solid building that has been part of the estate for a while. Being in Hadapsar means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so the sound of industry is just background noise to us now. We start our days early to beat some of the traffic that builds up around the estate. The facility itself is set up for engineering tasks. It’s a large space with different sections for different jobs. We don’t have much in the way of fancy furniture or decorations. Most of the room is taken up by benches, machines, and storage racks. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the day's work. Sometimes the industrial estate gets very busy with trucks and vans, which can make getting in and out a bit of a challenge. Inside Gauge House, we just stick to our routine. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. It’s not a corporate skyscraper; it’s a real working building. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years and have seen the estate grow. It’s a tough, busy place to work, but it suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and get the engineering work done.
