We are Accord Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and our office is tucked away in Pawan Complex. The full address is Sheela Vihar Colony, Survey No. 45/8 + 9/B, just off Karve Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but it’s a good spot for us. Karve Road is always buzzing with activity, so being a little bit inside at Sheela Vihar Colony gives us a bit of a break from the constant noise. Our office isn't one of those high-rise glass buildings you see in the movies. It’s a practical space in a regular complex. We spend our time working on various solutions for our clients, which mostly means a lot of hours sitting at our computers and talking over projects in the small break area. We don't have any big corporate manifestos or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, have our tea, and start working through the list of things to do. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though it can get a bit stressful when deadlines are coming up. We’ve got a small team here and everyone knows their part. Pawan Complex is a familiar sight for us now. We like the fact that we are close enough to the main road to be accessible but far enough that we can actually hear ourselves think. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job with the solutions we provide every single day.
