Accelon Technologies I Pvt Ltd is based out of Thergaon, specifically in the Mathura Yashoda Colony. It’s right off the Wakad Road near Dange Chowk. If you know that intersection, you know it’s always busy with people and vehicles. Our office is tucked away a bit in the colony at Survey Number 18 5. It’s a bit quieter once you get off the main road. We chose this spot because it’s accessible for the staff coming from different parts of Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. The office is a simple setup. We don’t have a lot of extra space, but we make the most of what we have. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and our computers. We spend most of our time here during the week. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops and residential houses, so it feels very local. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in every morning and start working on whatever is on the schedule. It can get pretty hectic around Dange Chowk during peak hours, so we usually try to time our arrivals to beat the worst of it. It’s a practical location for a business like ours. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or fancy furniture. We just want a place where we can sit down and do our work properly without any distractions. That is pretty much our daily life here at the colony in Thergaon.
