Our company, Abhishek Softtech Private Limited, is located in the MIDC area of Chinchwad in Pune. We are in a building called Abhishek House, which is on Plot No. PAP/G-110 in the G-Block. Being in Sambhaji Nagar puts us right in the heart of the industrial zone. It’s a very different vibe than the IT parks in Hinjewadi. Around here, you’ve got factories and workshops all over the place. We’ve been at this location in Maharashtra-411019 for quite a while now. The office is pretty straightforward—no fancy lounge areas or bean bags, just desks and computers. We focus on software development and technical services, often for the other businesses nearby. The traffic in Chinchwad can be quite something during the shift changes at the factories, but we’ve learned to time our arrivals and departures to avoid the worst of it. We’re a small team and we like to keep things simple. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules; we just expect everyone to do their part and help out when someone gets stuck on a coding problem. It’s a practical, hardworking atmosphere. Most of us have been in the Pune area for years, so we’re used to the local pace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or marketing talk. We just provide software solutions from our little corner of the MIDC and try to keep things running.
