Abhinav Soft Solutions is situated in Kothrud, specifically in the Patel Vas area of Memnagar. Kothrud is a nice place to be, and our office fits right in with the local vibe. We are a small outfit, just a handful of us working on software stuff day in and day out. Our office isn't anything you would see in a magazine. It has got some mismatched chairs and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We do not really do the whole corporate image thing because it feels fake to us. We would rather just talk normally and get the work finished. The space is a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Usually, there is some music playing in the background to keep the mood light. We deal with various technical problems and sometimes they take longer than expected, which can be frustrating. But we just stick with it until it is sorted out. We do not have a big boss who gives speeches; we just decide what needs to be done and do it. The local tea stall is where we spend our breaks, chatting about the day. It is a simple life and we are content with it. Being in Memnagar has been good for us so far, and we have gotten to know the other small business owners nearby quite well.
