Abhay Ganyarpwar

I am Abhay Ganyarpwar. My place is in Ramkrusna Paradise, specifically Flat No 202 in the A Wing. This is located on Sinhgarh Road in the Dhayari area of Pune. It’s a typical residential society and I use this flat as my main base of operations. Working from Dhayari has its challenges, mostly the traffic on the main road, but I like being here. I don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. My office is just a room with a desk, a couple of chairs, and my computer. It is a very simple and practical way to work. I don't have any employees, so I do everything myself. I manage the accounts, talk to the clients, and do the actual work. It keeps me busy from morning until evening. I don't use a lot of fancy software or complicated systems. I just use what works. The society is nice and I have good relations with the people here. We all just try to get by. I don't have a big mission or a list of values posted on the wall. My goal is just to do my job correctly so I don't have to redo it later. It is a quiet life for the most part. I like being able to work in my own space without a lot of noise. People who need to find me usually have my number or they know someone I’ve worked with before. It is a very human way to run things.
