You can find us at GP 184 in the Avani Bizworld building. It’s part of the G-Block in MIDC. We are a food service outfit, so the place is always moving. There is always someone coming in or out with a crate of vegetables or a stack of containers. Pune is a fast city, and we are right in the middle of the industrial part. The building is modern enough, but our section is strictly for work. We don't have fancy decorations. It's all stainless steel and plastic bins. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and making sure the drivers know where they are going. The traffic around the MIDC can be a nightmare at 5 PM. We try to get most of our deliveries done before the roads get blocked. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes a supplier forgets something and we have to scramble to find a replacement. It’s stressful but it keeps you on your toes. We have a small break area where we sit and eat our own lunch. Usually, we are too tired to talk much. We just want to get the day’s tasks finished. It’s a tough business but food is something people always need. We just try to keep the wheels turning without too much fuss. Every day is a different set of orders and a different set of problems to solve.
