Being in Vishrantwadi Tingre Nagar means we see a lot of people walking by every single day. At Abdul Mobile, things are usually a bit crowded because we have so many different types of phones and accessories squeezed into the shelves. Most people come in because they dropped their phone and the screen is a mess, or they just need a cheap charger that actually works. It is a small shop, and sometimes it gets a bit noisy when three people are talking at once about their mobile problems. I try to keep everything organized, but with all the small parts and SIM cards, it’s a constant battle against the clutter. We have been here long enough that the neighbors stop in just to say hello even if they don't need anything fixed. It’s not some big showroom with bright lights and fancy uniforms. It’s just me and a couple of helpers trying to get through the pile of repairs on the desk. Sometimes we stay late when a job is harder than it looked at first. We don't use any fancy systems to track things, just a notebook and some tags on the phones. If you are looking for the latest model or just want to fix an old one, we are usually around from morning until late evening. The traffic outside can be pretty bad, so most folks just walk over from the nearby apartments instead of driving.
