You can find us at Plot Number 6 on Road 16 in Sector 19, New Panvel. We are right across from the Hong Kong Market, which is a pretty well-known spot for everyone living nearby. Being near the market means there's always a lot of activity and people around. Our hospital isn't one of those massive, sleek buildings you see in the brochures. It's a practical place on a regular street. We have various departments squeezed into the building, and we do our best to keep things organized, even when it gets hectic. The staff is used to the fast pace, especially on market days when the traffic outside is a bit much. We don't have a corporate office or anyone telling us how to sound professional. We're just local people working in healthcare. The waiting room has some old magazines and the chairs are just regular plastic ones. It’s honest and down-to-earth. We deal with all the usual hospital things, from emergencies to routine check-ups. We keep the records in big cabinets and try to make sure everyone is seen in a reasonable amount of time. It’s a busy life here in New Panvel, but we just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. The elevator is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs to get between the floors faster. It’s not a high-tech facility with robots, just doctors and nurses using their hands. We just try to stay focused on the people.
