Our office is in Budhwar Peth, specifically at Dheekohar B Block, 1st Cross, house number 20. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find the block, we are right there. We handle a lot of logistics work, which mostly means a lot of phone calls and even more paperwork. There are files stacked on almost every flat surface in the room. Aargus Globel Logistics isn’t a very big operation in terms of people, but we deal with a lot of movement. Trucks, containers, and delivery schedules are what we talk about all day. Sometimes the internet goes out and we all just sit there staring at the phones waiting for things to come back online. It can be stressful when a shipment is delayed, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small kitchen area where we make way too much coffee. The building is older, so the stairs creak a bit when you walk up to our floor. We don’t have a fancy lobby or leather chairs. It’s just desks, computers, and maps pinned to the walls. We’ve been at this 1st Cross location for a while. The traffic in Budhwar Peth is always a nightmare in the afternoons, so we usually try to get our physical stuff done early in the morning. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure people are where they need to be. It keeps us on our toes.
