Aarem

Aarem is located in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate, specifically on the Link Road near the AC Market, at 17/B. Being in the industrial estate means it's always loud and there’s always a truck blocking the way. We’ve gotten used to the chaos. Our space is tucked away in a corner of the building. It’s a lot of metal and concrete. We handle a lot of logistics and products coming through here. The AC market is close by, so there’s always a lot of foot traffic and people moving goods. Our unit is packed with stuff. There’s barely enough room to walk sometimes when a big shipment arrives. We spend a lot of time counting things and checking labels. It’s repetitive, but it’s what we do. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound that we’ve stopped noticing. Most of the guys have been here for years, so we all know how the other person works. We usually have a long lunch break because the morning is so hectic. We sit near the entrance to catch some air. It's not the cleanest place, given the dust from the industrial area, but we keep our workspace as tidy as we can. It’s a real working environment. No one wears a tie here. We just wear what’s comfortable and get the job done. Most of the day is just moving things from one pile to another and making sure the paperwork is sorted. It is a simple way of working but it keeps us on our toes.
