We are located at 24, Sukhwani Fortune, right above Hotel Gharonda in Morwadi, Pimpri. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an engineering project company because we are in a commercial building. You take the stairs or the lift up, and instead of a hotel room, you find our office full of computers and large-scale drawings. Being in Pimpri is great because it’s such a hub for engineering. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or in meetings planning out projects. It’s a different vibe than a workshop; it’s more about the coordination and the technical details. You can often hear the noise from the hotel downstairs or the traffic from the street outside. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best ideas happen. The office is a bit cramped with all the project files piled up on every available surface. We don’t really go for a polished look. There are whiteboard sketches everywhere and post-it notes stuck to the monitors. People drop in to discuss site schedules or material costs. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the actual sites where the work happens. Even though we are in a more modern building, the work we do is still very much grounded in hard engineering. We just happen to do the planning part from above a hotel. It keeps things interesting for the whole team.
