Aakar Engg And Developers is run out of Shramik Nagar in the Vishrantwadi area of Pune. Our specific spot is at Sr.No.154/1A, in a place called Ratadeep Home, Number 6. It’s located on Lohagaon Road, which can get pretty busy with all the commuters. We do a mix of engineering and development work, which means some days we are in the office and other days we are out at sites looking at progress. The office is more of a home-base than anything else. It’s where we sit down to draw up plans and handle all the paperwork that comes with construction and development. Pune has changed a lot since we started, but Vishrantwadi still has that local feel to it. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It's a small, dedicated group of us who actually care about the projects we take on. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us at a desk with a cup of tea and a stack of blueprints. We try to be practical about how we build and design things. If something doesn't work on the ground, we change the plan. It’s about being realistic with the space and the budget. Living and working in Pune 15 is good for us. We know the local regulations and the people around here, which makes the whole process a lot smoother for everyone who walks through our door.
