Aabu Caterers

Aabu Caterers is over at Sr No 168 in Shree Sai Ganapat Nivas. It’s in Malwadi Tupe Nagar, which is part of Hadapsar. We’ve been around here for quite a while now. Most days start pretty early before the sun is even up properly. We have to get things moving so everything is ready on time. The kitchen gets really hot especially in the afternoons but we just deal with it. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all the time. Hadapsar has changed a lot since we first started but we’re still in the same spot. We don’t have a big office or anything like that. It’s just us working hard every day. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when there are multiple things happening at once. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood outside while we work. There’s always someone dropping off supplies or picking something up. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what needs to be done. It’s not a fancy setup but it works for us and the people around here seem to know where to find us if they need anything. We spend most of our time standing up and moving around so by the end of the day everyone is pretty tired. But then we just wake up and do it all over again the next morning. It's just how life is for us here at the shop.
