A1 Matan Shop

We are at 89/B in Model Colony, running A1 Matan Shop. It is a quiet enough street most of the time. We open up the shutters every morning and start our routine. The shop is just a single room where we handle everything. We’ve been in this part of Model Colony for years. People know us as the local spot for meat. It’s not a big operation, just me and a helper. We spend most of the morning prepping the cuts. The afternoons are a bit slower, which gives us time to clean up and sharpen the knives. We get a lot of regulars who live right in the colony. They stop by on their way home from work. We don't do any delivery or anything like that, you just have to come to 89/B. The shop is simple, with just the counter and the scales. We don’t have any fancy lights or displays. It’s just about getting the work done right. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench when it's quiet. We like being part of the neighborhood. It’s a steady life, even if it is a bit tiring. We don't plan on moving anywhere else. This spot works for us and the people around here seem to like having us nearby. We just focus on the basics and keep the place running every day.
