A K Communications

A K Communications is tucked away over in Camp 2. It’s a small place, nothing too special to look at, but we’ve been here for a good bit of time now. Most of the people who stop by are locals who live nearby or work in the area. We deal with phones and cables and all those little bits that keep people talking to each other. It gets a bit loud outside sometimes because Camp 2 is always moving and there's usually a lot of noise from the street. We just have a simple counter and some chairs for people to wait. Usually, someone is in the back fixing something while another person helps whoever just walked through the door. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with suits and scripted greetings. If you come in, we just talk to you like a normal person and try to figure out what’s wrong with your device or your line. Sometimes we can fix it right then, and other times it takes a few days. We’re honest about that. It’s a neighborhood business, really. We know a lot of our customers by name. It’s nice to have that kind of connection with the community. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the city, just a reliable one here in Camp. If you need something looked at, you just find us in the usual spot. We’ll be there behind the desk most days until the sun goes down.
