73 East Systems Llp. We are located in Pune, specifically at Flat No. 3 in Building G of Rohan Kritika. Our survey numbers are 117A/1 and 117B, but most people just know us for being near the P. L. Deshpande Garden. It’s a really nice part of the city to be in, especially with the park so close by. Our office is actually a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It gives the whole place a very lived-in feel, which we like. We’ve got desks in what used to be the living room and the bedrooms are used for meetings or storage. It’s a bit unusual if you’re used to glass offices, but it’s cozy and quiet. The kitchen is still a kitchen, so we make our own tea and coffee whenever we feel like it. Sometimes the neighbors come by to complain if we’re talking too loudly, but generally, it’s a very peaceful spot. We chose this location because it’s not in the middle of the crowded IT parks, so the commute is a lot easier for most of us. We don’t have a big reception or a sign outside the building, just a small nameplate on the door of Flat 3. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it keeps our overheads low. We just focus on the projects we have and try to do a decent job every day. It's nothing fancy, just a few people working in a flat.
