3S Technograph Solutions

Down on Pune Nagar Road in the Dhayari area is where you’ll find 3S Technograph Solutions. It’s a busy spot. The traffic outside is almost always loud, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of clicking keys and maybe a radio playing softly in the corner. We do technical work, which means a lot of focus and not much talking until someone makes a mistake. Then we all have to huddle up and fix it. The office has a few old desks and some filing cabinets that haven't been opened in years. We keep meaning to clear them out. There are no fancy perks here. we have a small kitchen area with a microwave that works when it feels like it. We usually bring lunch from home and eat while we chat about the weekend. The work we do is steady. It’s not something we brag about, it’s just what we know how to do. Some days are long, especially when a project is due. We don't have a dress code or anything. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable. It's a simple operation. We like being in Dhayari because it feels like a real neighborhood. We aren't corporate people, just a local team getting things done day by day. We have been here for a while and we don't plan on moving anytime soon.
