Our office is right in the middle of the Sri Ram Market area in Pune. Being in a market area means there is always noise and people moving around outside. 3 Global Services is the name on the door, but to us, it’s just where we come to work every morning. Pune is a busy city, and this 411001 zip code area is right in the thick of it. We do a lot of service-oriented work, mostly sitting at desks and managing things for clients far away. It’s a basic office setup. We don't have fancy furniture or anything. Just desks, chairs, and good internet. The market outside has everything you need, so lunch is usually just a quick walk to one of the stalls nearby. We have people here who have been with us for years. It’s a comfortable routine. The stairs can be a bit steep, and sometimes the power goes out for a minute, but we just keep going. We don’t really do big meetings or presentations.
