10G Telecom is based in Solapur. We’re up on the fourteenth floor of the Indradhanu Apartments in Wing U. It’s a long way up, but the elevator usually works fine. The view of Vishnu Mill Compound from our window is actually pretty interesting. We deal with telecom stuff, mostly the technical things that people don’t really see but use every day. Our office is in flat 1406. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby and security guards at every door. It’s just a flat we converted into a workspace. We have routers and wires all over the place. Sometimes it looks like a bit of a mess to an outsider, but we know where everything is. Maraai Chowk is a busy junction nearby, so getting here can take a minute during peak hours. We’ve been operating out of Solapur for a while. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We're just a small crew. We work hard, and we take our breaks when we can. There’s no dress code here. You’ll usually see us in whatever is comfortable for a long day. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to keep the connections running and the equipment working. Solapur is a hot place, so we’re glad to be high up where there’s a bit of a breeze. It’s a simple setup. We do our work, talk to our clients, and try to keep things moving along without any unnecessary fuss.
