Thaai Sei Food Products

You can find us at 53/91 on 8th Street, just off Ellaithottam Road. It is a busy little area with lots of houses and other small shops nearby. We spend our mornings getting the food products ready, so the air around the building usually smells like whatever we are making that day. It is a small team here, mostly just local people who have been working together for a long time. The space is a bit cramped because we have to fit all the equipment and the supplies in, but we make it work. We started Thaai Sei Food Products because we wanted to do something useful right here in the community. Most of our day is spent packing things up and making sure the labels are on straight. We don't use any big machines that make a lot of noise, just simple tools and our hands for most of it. The 8th Street traffic can be a bit of a headache when the delivery trucks try to get in, but we manage somehow. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It is just a regular house that we converted into a workspace. People often stop by to see what is cooking or to pick up a few things for their families. We try to keep things clean and keep the production moving so we don't run out of stock. It is just a simple food business run by local folks.
