If you head down to the Pipdic Industrial Estate in Sedarapet, you’ll find our place near 7th Cross Street. We occupy two plots, 18/6 and 18/7. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming and going all day. Being in the food business means we have to keep things a certain way. There’s a lot of cleaning involved, and the smell of whatever we are processing that day usually hangs in the air. We have a crew of local workers who come in for the shifts. Some have been with us since we first set up here. The equipment needs constant checking, so there is always a mechanic hanging around with a wrench. We don't have a big fancy lobby for visitors. Most people who come by are either delivering raw ingredients or picking up the finished goods to take to the markets. The weather in this part of the country gets quite hot, so the fans in the factory are always spinning at full speed. We try to keep the paperwork organized in the small office area near the front gate, but files tend to pile up during the busy season. It is hard work, standing on your feet for hours, but it’s what we do. We don't bother with big ads or anything like that. People know us because we’ve been here in Sedarapet for a while. It's a simple operation where everyone knows their role.
