My World Play School

Our place is at 86-A Aravindhar Street, right in the heart of Pondicherry. If you know this area, you know the streets can be a bit narrow but they have a lot of character. My World Play School is a small house that we’ve turned into a space for kids. It’s got that old Pondy feel with some high ceilings and thick walls that help keep the heat out during the summer months. We have a few rooms filled with toys, books, and little chairs for the children. It’s not a corporate facility with matched furniture; it’s more of a collection of things we’ve gathered over time. The kids spend their mornings coloring and learning their songs. We have a small courtyard where they can get some fresh air, though we have to watch them closely so they don't trip on the uneven stones. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice for the nap times in the afternoon. Our staff lives nearby, and we often see the parents at the local market in the evenings. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just see the sign on the door and come in to ask questions. It’s a simple life here on Aravindhar Street, just looking after the little ones and making sure they have a safe place to be while their parents are busy.
