We are Sohawal Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our location is at 3 3 Post Pirkhauli in Bhawaniyapur. It’s a small operation. A lot of employees or a fancy building aren't things we have. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things running for the local farmers. Most days we are busy with the actual farming work. Time for marketing or making things look pretty doesn't exist. The office is just a spot in Bhawaniyapur where we keep our tools and some files. Pirkhauli is a quiet area, and that’s how we like it. Focus is kept on the basics like seeds and soil. A mission statement or a set of core values written on the wall isn't there. We just focus on getting the work done and looking after each other. It’s a simple arrangement. Sometimes it’s stressful when the prices are low or the rain doesn’t come, but we stick together. Big words aren't used to describe what we do. We’re just a farmer producer company, which means we work for the farmers here in Sohawal. We’ve been at this address for a while and don't plan on going anywhere. It’s just home for us. No fancy signs or reception desks are at our place. You just walk in and find whoever is available to talk. We are just ordinary people in Bhawaniyapur trying to make a living from the land we've got. It is hard work, but we keep going.
