We are located right by H.A.L Gate No. 2 in Korwa, which makes it easy for people to find us. Bansraj Agri Farmers Producer Company Limited isn't a huge setup. It’s just a bunch of local farmers who decided that working together was better than struggling alone. Being so close to the gate, we see a lot of people passing by, but our focus is always on the land behind us. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning. It’s more of a place where you can come and get some advice or see what seeds we have available this time around. The paperwork is a bit of a headache, but we manage to keep things straight. We aren't into making big promises or using a lot of fancy words. We just know about farming and the local soil. Sometimes we disagree on how things should be run, but that’s what happens when you have a lot of people who have been doing things their own way for thirty years. We keep the place running because it helps us get a better handle on the supplies we need. It’s practical work, and it’s often dirty and tiring, but we wouldn't know what else to do with ourselves if we weren't doing this.
