Phoodcry Catering Private Limited is located right inside the MNNIT Allahabad Campus. Specifically, we are over in Barrister Mullah Colony. Being on a college campus like M L N Engg. Coll. means there is always a lot of energy and young people around. We focus on catering, which means our kitchen is usually the busiest part of our day. It’s a lot of chopping, cooking, and packing. We aren't a high-end restaurant with white tablecloths. We’re a catering service that handles meals for various events and people around the campus and Allahabad. Sometimes we get orders at the last minute and everyone has to scramble to get the food ready. It’s chaotic and loud, but we usually pull it off. Our space isn't perfectly decorated or anything. It’s a working kitchen with big stoves and stacks of trays. We’ve had our share of burnt pans and spilled salt, but that’s just life in a kitchen. We don't use marketing talk because we don't really need to. People know where we are. We just try to make decent food that fills people up. Sometimes the heat in the kitchen is almost too much to handle in the summer months. We just drink some water and keep going. We aren't corporate folks; we’re just people who like to cook and serve others here in the colony. It’s a good spot to be.
