Kesarwani Dosa

Kesarwani Dosa is located at 11/1 on Medical Road in Allahabad City. We are very close to the Medical Churaha, which is always full of people and cars. Since we are right on the main road, there is a lot of energy and noise all day long. We have been here for a good amount of time, focusing mostly on making dosas. It is a small shop, not a big dining hall. We have a few benches and tables for people who want to eat quickly. We get a lot of students from the medical area and people who are just passing through the churaha. The griddle stays hot from morning until we close at night. To be honest, it gets quite smoky and warm in here, but that’s just how it is when you’re cooking all day. We use simple ingredients and don't try to do anything too fancy. We don't have a website or any promotional brochures. Most people just know us because they’ve seen us on Medical Road for years. It’s a family-run business and we all chip in with the work. Sometimes we run out of batter before the day ends if it’s been especially busy. We just do our best to serve the neighborhood and keep things running smoothly. It is just a plain, local food stall that we run every single day. We stay right here in the same spot.
