Sky Gourmet Catering Pvt.Ltd. New Delhi

We are over at House No.191/213 in Allahabad. It is right on the street in Rani Mandi. Most people know Sky Gourmet Catering Pvt.Ltd. from New Delhi, but this is where we handle the local stuff. It gets pretty hot here in Uttar Pradesh, especially in the kitchen area. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready for the day's orders. The street outside can get a bit loud with the traffic and people walking by. It is just a normal place with a few of us working together. We have some tables set up and the cooking equipment is usually going by seven. It is not a fancy corporate building or anything like that. Just a practical space where we can get the catering work done. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit of a headache because of the narrow lanes around Rani Mandi, but we manage. My desk is tucked in the corner near the window. We see the same neighbors every day. It feels like a regular part of the community here. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address and our name on the door. It is simple. We just focus on the food and making sure the boxes are packed right before they head out. It is a lot of hard work but we are used to the routine by now. We don't do much marketing, we just let the work speak for itself. It is the same thing every week.
