Hot Stuff

Most people in Allahabad know where the Hot Stuff churaha is, and we’re right there on Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg in Civil Lines. It’s a busy spot, and being at 21-C means we see a lot of the city’s life passing by every single hour. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years, but our shop has stayed pretty much the same. It’s a place where people meet up after work or students gather to talk. We don't try to be anything we aren't. There’s a lot of history in this part of Civil Lines, and we feel like we are just one small piece of it. The kitchen is always busy, and there’s usually a bit of a wait when things get hectic in the evenings. We don't mind the noise; it means people are around. The tables are usually full of people chatting away, and sometimes it gets a little loud, but that's fine. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders. It’s not about being the most stylish place in town. We just want to make sure when someone sits down at Hot Stuff, they get what they came for. The location helps, sure, but it’s the people who keep coming back that really matter to us. We’ve got some old fans and some new ones too. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us here. We keep the doors open and the lights on until late most nights.
